The parties intend to jointly promote logistics services, participate in exhibitions, conferences, meetings and other events on the development and support of agro-logistics, including in international trade, industrial and transport markets.

The basis for the development of such cooperation was the intention of the parties, supported by the Regulation of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council dated February 25, 2022 ¹ 3
"About the joint project of the Eurasian Economic Union member states on the implementation of the accelerated railway and multimodal transport of agricultural products
and food products "Eurasian Agroexpress".

In order to consolidate cargo flows of the Agroindustrial complex in the Volga Federal District, it is planned to locate the ORC, including fruit storage facilities, on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. Construction and equipping of the ORC is planned to be realized on the terms of BUILD TO RENT.

To implement the project it is planned to attract the funds of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) and other developers, including interested banking and financial structures and funds.

For integrated management of the project in the Privolzhsky Federal District, "Agroexpress-Kazan" company-operator is being created on the territory of Zelenodolsky municipal district.

The project on creation of the ORC on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan is coordinated by the Administration of Zelenodolsky municipal district and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The project is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the national economy functioning.
