The organization was registered on the basis of the Minutes № 1 of the General Meeting of the founders on May 26, 2021 with the following composition of the founders:

According to Protocol #1, the supreme governing body of ANO is the General Meeting of Founders, consisting of three of the above founders, the collegial executive body is the Supervisory Board consisting of 4 persons: three from among the founders, as well as the General Director of the Organization.

The company is one of the leaders in the Russian market of logistics outsourcing for industrial enterprises, providing comprehensive supply chain management services.

LLC "Bremino group"

is one of the leading logistics operators in the Republic of Belarus. It acts as a managing company of the special economic zone Bremino-Orsha. The company has terminals at Bruzgi and Berestovitsa border checkpoints on the Belarusian-Polish border, as well as a number of other objects.

large agro logistic complex and wholesale and distribution center in Moscow region (Selyatino station).

RZDL TRANSSERVICE GROUP LLC

is a joint venture of Russian Railways Logistics JSC and UTI Transit LLC, an Uzbek logistics company.
The company, based in the Republic of Uzbekistan, has the task of attracting clients on the following routes: Moscow-Tashkent-Moscow; transit from China to Uzbekistan via Kazakhstan; Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan; Moscow-Tashkent-Dushanbe. In addition, the company actively participates in the development of new transport corridors from China to Afghanistan and Pakistan.

is the national railway operator of the Kyrgyz Republic. It transports more than 7 million tons of cargo per year, including international traffic at special tariffs.
