February 2-3, 2023 in Almaty (Republic of Kazakhstan) held a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.

Among the most important decisions concerning the economic and social development of the EAEU member states was the adoption of Order No. 6 of February 3, 2023 on the inclusion of the "Eurasian Agroexpress" transportations carried out via the "North-South" ITC in the direction of Turkmenistan, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of India into the joint integration project.

Possible formats of cooperation between companies of Perm Krai and ANO "Eurasian Agrologistics" were discussed at the online meeting on January 18, 2023.

The Perm Territory is one of the three regions that participate in the agreement with the Pilot Zone of Regional Trade and Economic Cooperation "SCO-China".
The region has quite a few import and export support measures, as well as several promising locations for the location of logistics hubs.

High Level Working Group

On December 5, 2022, the Eurasian Economic Commission held the 3rd meeting of the High-Level Working Group to facilitate the implementation of the joint project "Eurasian Agroexpress".
At the meeting the results of the project development for the 10 months of 2022 were reported by the Project Directorate of the ANO "Eurasian Agro Logistics".
The invited representatives of the parties involved in the project discussed the restrictions on access of agricultural products to the target markets.
The presentation of the concept "Digital platform "Eurasian Agroexpress" and the prospects of expanding the joint project to new areas were also presented at the discussion.

The projected annual volume of "agroexpress" transportation by the beginning of 2023 is expected to reach 500 thousand tons

Prospects for the development of transport corridors and their role in meeting the EEU economy's needs for transport and logistics services were discussed on November 10 at a joint roundtable organized by the Eurasian Economic Commission and the Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation.
The event was held at the headquarters of the EEC and was chaired by Arzybek Kozhoshev, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the EEC.
Alevtina Kirillova, Director General of Eurasian Agro Logistics, spoke about the progress of the Eurasian AgroExpress project, which ensures food security of the EEU countries and partner countries.

OIC countries are interested in the "Eurasian AgroExpress" project

On October 25 this year, Alevtina Kirillova, General Director of ANO "Eurasian Agrologistics", took part in an official meeting of the delegation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, chaired by the Head of OIC Hussein Ibrahim Taha, with the Council of Muftis of Russia. The meeting took place at the Moscow Cathedral Mosque.
Russian Federation Delegate to the OIC and Chairman of the North-South International Integration Business Club Ramazan Abdulatipov also took part in the event.

The participants discussed cooperation in economy and trade, new projects in transport logistics, including in the sphere of environmentally clean food supply for OIC countries with the involvement of interested OIC countries in the "Eurasian Agroexpress" project.

EURASIAN BUSINESS FORUM "INTEGRATION"

On October 7, Alevtina Grigorievna Kirillova, General Director of "Eurasian Agrologistics" took part in the Eurasian Business Forum "Integration".
The forum is an international discussion platform, which brings together member countries of the EAEU, and where topical issues of economic cooperation are proposed for discussion.
The "Integration" Forum has been held since 2019 with the support of the EEC. The main objectives of the Forum are to define a strategy for the rapid development of the EAEU, as well as to find new tools and opportunities for financing sustainable growth.

A Russian trading company in China becomes a trading instrument of the "Eurasian AgroExpress" project.

Vladivostok, September 6, 2022 - An agreement on cooperation in the implementation of a joint project of Eurasian Economic Union member states "Eurasian AgroExpress", supported in February 2022. The Prime Ministers of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia signed it on September 6, 2022 between the Directorate of the project ANO "Eurasian AgroExpress" and Russian Trading Company (RTC) in China "Hua No E Xiang" (VEB.RF Group) at the VII Eastern Economic Forum, held in Vladivostok.

The Eurasian Agroexpress is projected to transport half a million tons of exports to China by early 2023.

The development of the "Agroexpress" project was one of the central topics of discussion at the meeting of Oleg Belozerov, General Director - Chairman of the Board of JSC "Russian Railways" and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Zhamshid Hodjaev on Saturday, September 3.

According to the official website of the Russian government, in the seven months of 2022, the trade volume between Russia and Uzbekistan increased by 35% compared to the same period last year and amounted to $ 780 million.

According to the results of SPIEF 2022

The plenary session of the Forum was attended by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev. President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping and President of Egypt Abdelfattah Sisi addressed the audience with video messages.
The guest country on the 25th anniversary SPIEF was the Arab Republic of Egypt, whose pavilion was a true decoration of the Forum exhibition.
The Forum was held under unprecedented sanctions pressure, but over the four days of its work platform has visited more than 14 thousand people from 131 countries, 81 countries has sent 130 of their senior officials, as well as heads of international organizations and associations.
The business community was represented by the heads of 1,700 business companies. The international event was covered by 3,500 media representatives from 33 countries. 695 agreements worth 5.67 trillion rubles were signed as part of SPIEF-2022 (excluding agreements that are trade secrets).

On May 26, within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Forum in Bishkek, memorandums of strategic partnership and cooperation were signed between the directorate of the Eurasian AgroExpress project, ANO Eurasian Agrologistics, and newly acceding participants.
Memorandums of strategic partnership and cooperation were signed with the national company "Kyrgyz Temir Jolu", which carries out transportation by rail in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Russian National Union of Milk Producers and the Russian National Union of Poultry Farmers.
There are plans to sign a memorandum with KTZ Express JSC (Republic of Kazakhstan).

ORC project in the Republic of Tatarstan

On May 19, 2022 in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, within the XIII International Forum "Russia - the Islamic world: KazanSummit 2022" a Memorandum of Strategic Partnership and Cooperation was signed between the ANO "Eurasian Agrologistics", the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Administration of Zelenodolsky municipal district and LLC "IFC Linova".

The memorandum provides for a strategic partnership and long-term cooperation in foreign trade and logistics on the routes of the transport corridor "North-South", and other transport routes to improve logistics of agricultural and industrial products,
as well as the promotion of related services and works.

"Agroexpress" from Azerbaijan to Russia

The project "Agroexpress", launched, together with the Russian Export Center, companies JSC "Russian Railways Logistics" and "Alliance Logistic" on the routes between Russia and Azerbaijan from Lejit, Yalama, Khachmaz stations to Samur-Derbent, is aimed at developing exports of agricultural products of Russian and Azerbaijani agricultural centers, using modern logistical technologies, in particular, digitalization, traceability and integrated use of transport infrastructure.
The first pilot shipment is fruit (fresh persimmon) and vegetables. The volume of the pilot batch was more than 800 tons. The entire shipment arrived in excellent quality.
