In 2022, the "Eurasian Agroexpress" project was built into the "One Window" system of the Russian Export Center. This is a joint product of Russian Railways and REC. It provides a service to provide a full range of international transportation services for the export of agricultural products in a digital format. The project is still working in a pilot mode. However, the main stages, such as filing an application, getting the cost of the service, signing a contract, coordinating GU-12, and executing closing documents after the voyage, are already in operating mode. The certificate of work performed, the invoice are also closed electronically and go to the Ministry of Agriculture and then to the Treasury for the state transport subsidy, which is distributed by the REC.

The digital ecosystem of the Eurasian AgroExpress is in the process of being developed. This will be a universal information service of interaction between producers, transport companies and infrastructure facilities, which, in addition to the services already included in "One Window", will also contain exchange mechanisms for the sale of agricultural goods, certification of the supply chain security management system.
The platform will expand the range of services to users from the EAEU country, with which there are currently no common standards for the exchange of digital data.
In the future, these cases, if implemented in stages, will help reduce transaction costs, help to reach accessible financial contracts in national currencies, which becomes especially relevant in light of the disconnection of a number of Russian banks from the swift system.
